2. Description of Service

CoffeeCanz provides access to discounted promotional offers, vouchers, memberships, and deal notifications from third-party merchants.

CoffeeCanz:

• Does not sell products directly
• Does not fulfill orders
• Does not guarantee availability or pricing of merchant offers

All purchases and redemptions are solely between you and the merchant.

3. Accounts & Access

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
• CoffeeCanz may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms.

4. Memberships & Payments

• CoffeeCanz may offer free and paid membership tiers.
• Pricing, benefits, and duration are disclosed at purchase.
• Paid memberships are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
• Auto-renewal, if applicable, will be clearly disclosed.

Payment Security

• All payments processed securely through Stripe, a PCI DSS Level 1 certified payment processor
• Card details are never stored on CoffeeCanz servers
• Payment information is tokenized and encrypted
• We do not have access to your full credit card number
• All transactions use SSL/TLS encryption

5. Vouchers & Deals

• Vouchers are limited promotional offers.
• Redemption limits, time windows, and conditions are set by merchants.
• Unused vouchers have no cash value.

6. Prohibited Use & Platform Security

You agree not to:

• Violate laws or regulations
• Abuse vouchers or deals
• Attempt to reverse engineer the Platform
• Engage in fraud or misuse
• Exceed rate limits - AI operations, file uploads, and API calls are rate-limited to ensure fair usage
• Upload malicious files - All uploads are validated for size, type, and security
• Attempt unauthorized access - All API endpoints require authentication
• Perform excessive queries - System monitoring detects and prevents abuse

Platform Protection

CoffeeCanz employs automated systems to protect platform integrity:

• Rate limiting - Prevents excessive AI operations and system abuse
• File validation - Enforces size limits and file type restrictions
• Performance monitoring - Real-time alerts for suspicious activity
• Automated fraud detection - AI-powered campaign and transaction monitoring

Violations may result in account suspension or termination without refund.

7. Communications

• By opting in, you consent to receive SMS, email, and push notifications.
• You may opt out at any time.

8. Intellectual Property

All CoffeeCanz trademarks, logos, and content are owned by CoffeeCanz or its licensors.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

• Merchant actions or omissions
• Lost savings or missed deals
• Indirect or consequential damages

We may terminate or suspend access at our discretion.
