Membership Agreement

This Membership Agreement ("Agreement") is between you ("Member") and CoffeeCanz, a DivaddLimited Company ("CoffeeCanz," "we," "us"). It governs your membership and use of the CoffeeCanz platform, including all deal access, discount programs, and associated services.

By registering for an account, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and agree to be bound by this Agreement, our Terms of Service, and Privacy Policy.

CoffeeCanz does not guarantee any specific savings amount, deal frequency, or minimum discount level. The availability, value, and variety of deals depend on participating vendors and market conditions, which may change at any time without notice.

Savings figures displayed on our platform represent estimates based on typical redemptions and are not guaranteed outcomes.

Vendors may join or leave the CoffeeCanz platform at any time. CoffeeCanz does not guarantee the participation of any specific vendor, brand, café, or retailer. The number and variety of available deals may vary by location and over time.

As a CoffeeCanz member, you agree to:

• Provide accurate account information and keep it up to date
• Use vouchers and deals only as permitted under each offer's terms
• Not resell, transfer, or commercially exploit membership benefits
• Not engage in fraud, abuse, or circumvention of deal limits
• Treat participating merchants and their staff with respect

Your CoffeeCanz membership is personal to you and may not be shared, transferred, or sold to another individual or entity. Each household or user must maintain their own membership account.

CoffeeCanz reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of its membership program — including pricing, benefits, deal availability, and redemption limits — with at least 30 days' notice for material changes. Notice will be provided by email and/or prominent notice on the website.

CoffeeCanz may suspend or terminate your membership at any time for violation of this Agreement, fraudulent activity, abuse of deals, or behavior that harms participating vendors or other members. In such cases, no refund will be issued.

You may cancel your membership at any time per our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which CoffeeCanz operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes are subject to binding arbitration as set forth in our Terms of Service.
